Carlos Palmer

Carlos Palmer grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, finished his schooling in Europe, and studied Architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. He is a licensed Architect in the state of Florida with over 30 years of expertise in diverse international projects in the US, the Caribean, and South America.

Mr. Palmer has extensive international design and construction experience. He has lived and practiced in Chicago, Buenos Aires, Punta del Este, and Miami.

As a project architect, he worked on several high-profile projects, including commercial, residential and hospitality. As an independent Architect, he has a succession of published projects, including private homes, retail, and hospitality resorts.

Alejandro Ponce

Alejandro J. Ponce grew up in Miami Florida, attended Christopher Columbus High School, and graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Architecture.

Mr. Ponce studied abroad under William G. McMinn in Rome, Assisted Dr. Alfredo Andia with design 5 and took formative studio with Morris Lapidus. He received “Best in Studio” for Mimo STUDY + COMPETITION and placed 3rd in the “Walk on Water Competition’.

As a project architect and designer, he focuses on the client’s needs and wants, including schedule, budget, function, and aesthetics in order to provide a better architecture and quality of life.
